This is a Very Full petticoat for costumes, wedding dresses and formals!

It was made by DAVID'S BRIDAL and is in EXCELLENT USED CONDITION. The fabric is 100% nylon. Care instructions are to "hand wash."  I have machine washed it on gentle cycle, and fluff dried it with no heat, and it came out beautifully. It is very white and bright, not gray as it appears in the photo. I lifted the top skirt in the photo so that you can see the netting beneath.

It has a high, elasticized waist, and closes in the back with a zipper and hook & eye. The top skirt is very long & full with a deep ruffle at the hem. It has a full lining. Attached to the lining are rows of very stiff netting, which gives this petticoat exceptional fullness.     

This lovely petticoat is labeled as size 12. But please go by the ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS. The waist measures 27 inches at the base of the elastic. It is very long at 39 inches, both front & back. The hem circumference of the lining is 110 inches. The hem circumference of the top skirt is 216 inches.
