Order Process and Shipping:

Refer to the domestic handling time posted below as a guideline to how fast we are able to process your purchase.  This item is hand-crafted and made to order upon receipt of cleared payment; and as quickly as is humanly possible. 

Transit times to worldwide locations may vary by shipping destination, however the average to all locations, U.S., Europe, the U.K. or Australia, is 4 to 12 business days.  Weddings by Janeil assumes no responsibility for transit times.  They are posted by the postal service.  Our recent shipping experiences and buyer feedback, indicate they are relatively accurate.  Further, they indicate we are not experiencing any significant delays in shipping; domestic or international.

Reselling on eBay:

Our products have an excellent resale history.  The product offered may be resold by the buyer, as used.  However the images and description contained in this listing are protected by copyright.  Use, in part or as a whole, without the expressed written consent of the seller is prohibted by law.  Further, it should be known that the purchase of this product, for the purposes of duplicating its design to create a "new work", may be subject to penalty, as governed by the "fair use" doctrine.  The designer does hereby give notice; an intent to protect the intregity of the product offered. using any and all legal means deemed necessary.

Payment Method:

Due to the time sensitive nature and volume of our business, payment by Paypal is required to complete a purchase.

The seller is not involved on a regular basis with Global Money Markets, and therefore not privy to daily changes in the exchange rate of funds to USD.  Therefore, all transactions will be completed in U.S. funds, using conversion rates discretionary to Paypal, and/or the credit card company involved in a purchase.  No exceptions will be made.  Purchases made by Canadian residents are subject to applicable PST and/or GST, and in accordance with the Revenue Canada tax guidelines.
