This is a lovely full petticoat for costumes, wedding dresses and formals!

It was made by UNDER COVER and was Made In The USA. It is in EXCELLENT USED CONDITION. The fabrics are a combination of polyester, nylon, acetate and lycra. Dry Clean Only.  It is very white and bright, not gray as it appears in the photo.

It is high waisted, and closes in the back with a zipper. The high waist is very stretchy & comfortable. The inner edge of the waist is lined with lace. The 3 tiered top skirt is very long & full. It is lined. Attached to the lining are rows of very stiff netting, which give this petticoat its fullness.     

This lovely petticoat is labeled as size 11. But please go by the ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS. The waist measures 26 inches at the base of the elastic. It is very long at 40 1/2 inches from the natural waist. The hem circumference of the top skirt is 206 inches.
