US Shipping

At Alternate Metals we offer FREE Shipping and Handling for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item that has been combined upon checkout.

Our standard Shipping method is USPS First Class. All items are processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive your payment. First Class Shipments average 3 to 5 business days depending on location.

International Shipping

Our standard shipping method for International customers is U.S.P.S First Class International. We charge a flat fee of $13.95 for shipping & handling for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item. For International orders your parcel may take 6 to 15 business days to arrive. In some cases, it may take longer due to delays in customs. Customer is responsible for all taxes & duties.

Customer Satisfaction is very important to us. We will accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 Days after the receipt of your Item. Alternate Metals will not refund Shipping and handling Costs. All products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products that have been tempered or abused will not be accepted for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
