US Shipping:
We charge a flat fee of $7.95 for shipping & handling for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item that has been combined upon checkout (final payment).
Items are processed within two to three business days after payment is received (excluding weekends). Domestic shipments average two to six days depending on location. In some cases shipments may take longer.
USPS Express Mail is available to US residents upon checkout for a flat fee of $24.99 for the first item and $7.00 for each additional item. Express mail averages 1-2 business days.
International & Canadian Shipping:
Our standard shipping method for our International & Canadian customers is U.S.P.S Global Priority Mail.
We charge a flat fee of $17.00 for shipping & handling for the first item and $6.50 for each additional item that has been combined upon checkout (final payment). For international orders your parcel may take three to four weeks to arrive. In some cases, it may take longer due to delays in customs.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Renaissance Fine Jewelry. We will accept returns for exchange, credit or refund within the first 30 days from the items ship date. All representations made about this item are based upon description provided to us by the manufacturer. Please review the following for detailed information on your return or exchange.
Refund
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Items must be in original condition. If any alterations have been made or the item worn we will not accept. This includes but is not limited to engraving, sizing, and damage due to negligence. Any credit or refund will be given on the item sale price less S&H and a 15% restocking fee. If the item is found to be defective the above will not apply. All credits or refunds are given via PayPal within 3 business days of confirmation of receipt.
Please be sure to send the item back in approved packaging* which provides safety of the item enclosed. We are unable to be held responsible for an item that is damaged or lost in transit due to unreasonable packaging. You will also need to include your original invoice with detailed information regarding your return.
Exchange

- Package your item properly. Approved packaging includes bubble mailers and boxes.
Please DO NOT send your item back in an envelope as this raises the risk of damage or loss and we are unable to be held responsible for the item in cases like this.

It is your responsibility to send us over the size upon purchase. This sizing information needs to put this with the payment. When using Paypal , please include the size in the notes section. Question: What does sizable 7 mean?
Answer: This means that the ring can be sized without loosing its integrity. We will NOT offer sizing for these items. You must have it done yourself. This can be done by any local jeweler.
